Our Return Policy
Generally speaking, all sales in our online shop are final. Because each candle is made unique and by hand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that not all candles will come out of the production process perfectly. If you receive a defective candle, please contact us right away so that we can organize your return.
Our Shipping Method
We currently ship to locations within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $13.50 for most orders. If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
